Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the product size and delivery location. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur during peak seasons.
For international orders, delivery may take 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

Order Tracking

Packaging

All cards and collectibles are packed with care using sleeves, top loaders, or protective cases to ensure safe delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

International Shipping (Optional)

We ship worldwide. Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. International tracking may vary by location.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it.
• Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Graded cards (PSA, BGS, etc.) once sold are final and non-refundable.
• Items sold under clearance, sale, or damaged stock.
• Cards with minor wear that were already described in the product listing.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will notify you via email whether the refund is approved or rejected.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within
• 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Late or Missing Refunds
