Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • Unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Graded cards (PSA, BGS, etc.) once sold are final and non-refundable.
  • Items sold under clearance, sale, or damaged stock.
  • Cards with minor wear that were already described in the product listing.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email whether the refund is approved or rejected.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within
  • 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item sent).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

  • Include photos of the product and packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Still no refund? Email us at support@legendslockerroom.vip and we’ll help you resolve it.
